They can either always help me straight away or understand the problem, deal with it and then phone me back to check it’s ok and see if I need anything else.

Lessons Learned has revolutionised so many areas at Hadley Learning Community. Our ability to monitor and therefore improve teaching and learning has led to outstanding practice. Within our 2013 Ofsted, the inspection team were blown away by how the school monitors, tracks and impacts upon teaching and learning. It was Lessons Learned that provided me with the platform to share our best practice.
Lessons Learned proved very helpful. I had at my fingertips an overview of all the observations that had taken place in the school and I was able to provide data on different key stages and subjects as part of the school’s evidence base. The inspectors commented that we had an accurate picture of ourselves as a school and Lessons Learned undoubtedly contributed to that picture.
I am loving this product and OFSTED were suitably impressed too.
