Yes! We encourage schools to design forms to suit their needs and in nearly all cases they can be presented in Lessons Learned. We do of course have numerous form suggestions and will work with our schools to develop new ones to meet their needs.
They are included in the annual fees. There is unlimited online training, email and call support offered with each Lessons Learned module.
This is definitely one of the challenges as with anything new. They need to be properly introduced to the system and what your school goals are in using it.
